Are you a buyer specialist with an interest in new construction?
A tech-forward real estate brokerage building an online marketplace of new home construction is seeking dynamic and persistent real estate agents to join their team on a 1099 basis.
As a member of the new home experts team, you’ll receive warm leads, weekly coaching, cutting-edge technology (including a CRM and a new construction MLS), administrative support from Appointment Setters and Transaction Coordinators, competitive commission splits, and upfront bonuses for home tours - both with and without buyers.
In exchange, this role requires a strong ability to convert company-generated leads into clients, a deep understanding of the local real estate market and an expertise in new construction.
Qualifications:
Background in Real Estate - At least 1-2 years of successful experience in the real estate industry. Currently holds an active real estate license in good standing.
Persistence and Tenacity - Demonstrates unwavering determination to convert leads into successful client relationships. Willing to put in the necessary effort and grind to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Coachable and Growth-Oriented - Open to feedback and continuously seeks opportunities for professional development. Adaptable to evolving market conditions and client needs.
Local Market Expertise - Possesses comprehensive knowledge of the local real estate market dynamics, trends, and pricing strategies. Familiarity with neighborhoods, schools, amenities, and future developments.
New Construction Expertise - Specializes in new construction properties and understands the nuances of working with developers, builders, and buyers. Capable of guiding clients through the new construction process from planning to closing.
Buyer Representation Experience - Proven track record in representing buyers in real estate transactions. Skilled in understanding buyer needs, negotiating on their behalf, and ensuring a smooth transaction process.
Proficient with Technology - Utilizes technology to enhance efficiency, communication, and client relationships. Well versed in using CRM systems like Pipedrive or similar tools for lead management and transaction tracking.
Sales-Driven Mindset - Strong ability to identify client needs, present solutions, and close deals effectively. Expertise in objection handling and strategic sales techniques.
Adaptability to Company-Generated Leads - Experienced in managing and converting company-provided leads into successful transactions. Able to handle a high volume of leads while maintaining quality client interactions.
